Inverted rows, 4x8
Front squats, 70kg (154lbs) 2x3 <- adductor twinged on the second set so that was it for these
Chinups, 2x5
Bench press, 60 (132)x8, 90 (198)x6
BW squats x25
Pushups x20

Wow, I'm even more out of shape than I was before. Woo.

Good news is that I dropped a cool kilogram in my month off. My body weight doesn't change for shit.

1A. OHP (strict) 60 (132) / 3x3
2A. GHR 3x10
Seated DB cleans, 8kg / 3x8
Seated cable row, 90kg / 2x10
Cycling, 5' warmup, 3x 30:90, then finished up to the 20' mark

I see I'm lacking on Da Gunz. I may go to a gunz workout tomorrow. lawl.

* Although I have been trying to do more conditioning stuff. Shhhh.
