DO IT!!!

!!!
Strongman and lifting today.

Played with the small 40kg log first, and once the shoulder warmed up it was painless going overhead. Me and another guy worked up to 80kg with that log. Then we switched to the bigger 70kg log, and that thing is a bear. I got 70 and 75 overhead, but 80 just did not want to lock out on any of the three tries I made. Unless I magically get good at it in two weeks, I'm gonna have to enter the novice class which is only a 60kg log.

Finished that up with three sets of 6 on the GHR with a 5kg plate and then 2x10 reverse hypers.

Went down to our regular gym to play in the shirt a little. Hit five singles with 140, and the shirt's definitely loosening up a bit as I was able to touch all of them. Lockouts were a bit rough and I was tilting some on the first 2-3, but the last two were very solid.

I'd planned to do some overhead pressing and low-rack DLs as per my program today, but I was too beat up to bother, so I just finished with 4 sets of pulldowns and 2 sets of zottman curls.
did stubborn fat cardio earlier, 5x15:45 intervals on the bike then 40' on the treadmill at an 8-degree incline

Weight was 90kg so I didn't bloat up much from yesterday's muscle blasting and carb festival.
Festival?

Hi Matt,

Well dude, It seems you have injured your self with the set ups and all stuff. Get well soon and eat healthy diet and then do regular exercise. For healing, I suggest yoga is good medicine. Try for yoga as it balances the body and heal the injury very fast.

Thanks
awesome
GUPTA, my old Indian friend. Have you not been preparing new webpages for Jimmy?
