Life is crushing my hopes and dreams like a fat chick standing on a snail, so I am just attempting to get some focus back into my training.
I will be traveling on and off this year (if what i have been told is true) and this will mess with dieting and training. So I suspect there will be periods of fasting and excess. Binge and purge is a good option, or so the gurls tell me.
My goal is to have three real training days per week, and rotate on a 4 day cycle. So over a two week period I will hit push/pull upper/lower three times. Gay cardio will be a constant and a pain in the neck.
So my first session goes
Training - Monday 2nd February 2009
Warmups
Rower: 10minutes (#10, 2:04.2/500m)
Main
A1: Medium Grip Floor Press: warmups, 110x8, 120x8
A2: Medium Grip Barbell Row: warmups, 70x8, 75x8
B1: Pec Dec Flyes: 67x20, 75x20
B2: Rear Delt Machine: 47x20, 54x20
Other
Treadmill: 20minutes (1.0 incline, 5.5-5.8kmh)

Changing focus of training for some time, as I cannot pick when I can get into the gym or not.
