Serving of thin sliced beef
a knob of ginger, sliced
a clove of garlic, sliced
1/2 an onion thinly sliced
1/3 of a red pepper, chopped
A whack of coriander (Cilantro), chopped
Some sesame oil + some other oil to cook with

Mix the beef, ginger, garlic, onion, pepper and some of the coriander together with the sesame oil.

Heat pan up really fakin hot and put a little oil in. Throw the whole mess in and move about constantly until cooked.
Throw over the remainder of coriander.

Eat

Can also have soy sauce, and be served with something like fried rice, but carbs r bad, mmm kay.
