I should probably mention this since we've already had an accidental banning

The board has spam protection cut on at the moment, which means that if you don't have any posts and try to post links right off the bat, it's going to catch those posts.

And don't feel bad, it even zapped me a few times.

Just to be safe, make sure you get a few posts in before posting links.

OK I'm taking a new strategy since Akismet is on the ball.

New registrations with less than 5 posts are going to be subject to the spam catcher, but if you've got more than 5 posts you'll be fine.

So, uh. Yeah. Carry on.
