The conversation basically went.. how did you hurt it... I'm not really sure... well, what activities do you do?... I weight-train, gymnastics, running... weight-training eh, hmmm. That likely did it. You should stop that..... wtf? Very helpful.
Anyway... I guess I'll wait for my x-rays and then I'll ask for a physio referral. On the up side, the drugs he gave me help.

Ya, I love it when you tell the doc you lift weights. Usually the first thing they say is "stop it". So annoying!!
Drugs are good

Intervals - 25 minutes
Lower body and ab stuff.

bench jumps, band gm's, hamstring curls with the swiss ball... basically just trying to do enough to feel like I got a workout.
Y'all should find new doctors! The doctor I go to trains at the same commercial gym that I go to from time to time. He told me he powerlifted back in the early 80's.
Ya Kim, why don't we just find new doctors?
Oh ya, wait, Matt, it's cos we have none. They all moved to 'Merka. Seriously, the doctor situation here is grim. There are tons of people that don't even have a family doctor, they rely on emergency rooms or walk in clinics.
Yup, grim.
I can't complain here in Bugtussle about family doc's. If I need an apt I can generally get in within a day or two, and the doc I have is excellent for the general stuff. However, when it comes to specialists the pickin's are slim at best.
25 minutes SS cardio - treadmill 3.5mph incline 6
Shoulder is responding nicely to the new anti-inflammatory... still pretty tender, but the swelling has at least come down a bit.

Shoulder is starting to feel normal again... I'm resisting the urge to jump back into my regular workouts now.
Did a bit of a full body workout today... lots of band stuff, single leg squats, ab work, shoulder rehab work... yadda yadda.
30 minutes "hills"... kicked my ass... I was sucking wind by the end, but it felt gooood.

Matt went and killed my dreams when he told me there is no hyperplasia in humans
