Cardio: 30 minutes running - treadmill
another 20 minutes of intervals this afternoon just for shit and giggles... well, mostly 'cause I'm bitchy and needed to destress. lol
All these smart peeps and no one has any advice?

yeah, the first week I assumed that was the issue, but it's been persisting for a long time now. Ahh well.. it isn't gonna kill me.
Workout:
A. Chin-ups (bw) - 5, 4, 4, 3, 3
B. Superset
Lat pull-downs - 65x10x4sets
Band pull-aparts - 12x4sets
C. DB military press - 25'sx10x3sets
D. Superset
DB shrugs - 15'sx10x3 sets... these give me a headache if I go heavy. lol

I've been told I have a bad habit of giving it all or nothing... so, I'm making an effort to ease back into squatting. It sucks.
Front squats - 75x6x2, 115x6x2... apparently I found something that kills my shoulder, so switched to back squats 135x5x3sets
bench step-ups - 50x12x3sets
RDLs - 75x12x3sets
V-ups - 10x3sets

Midterms this week... likely won't be doing much in the way of training - maybe something light here and there. Stress is kicking my ass right now.. as evidence by the chocolate bar I had for breakfast while I studied my section on sports nutrition. lol
