I doubt you have a fat face. Tongue I did the booze curls this weekend too.. yesterday hurt. lol
I'm not sure what to do yet either - I need a goal, other than to just survive this semester. Undecided
Go test your lifts. Then spend 12 weeks and make them better.

Blush That would be a logical thing to do now wouldn't it. Count on a guy to make it that simple! Thanks Matt.Smile
Kim, I got 2 GIANT bottles of Jose Cuervo at the duty free from Cancun - for $14 USD each hehe. You might have to come have a few margaritas with me Big Grin

ooooh, that sounds like a plan. Do I get to spoon with you and Kevin for the night? 'cause I'm pretty sure I won't be driving home. Angel lol
Workout:

dl's... worked up to 165x1 for 3... this is down a LOT. lol oh well, something to shoot for I guess.
bench... wu to 105x2 for 3... meh, could have been worse.
squat... I decided not to bother pushing this tonight... but wu to 115x5x5 I'll test it out in two weeks.

So, what have I been doing? A pile of running, studying, and when I do grab a bar, it's typically pretty light and high reps. So, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised I can't lift anything. I had a bit of a health scare that steered me in a different direction training wise, but I've got the "all clear", and will be back to hitting things heavier from now on. Smile
Oh glad to hear you got the all clear Big Grin Bravo!
