Now off to foam roll and try not to cry.

I've been plagued by muscle cramps for the past couple days... not sure what that is all about, but I guess I need to evaluate my diet. I tried stretching out really well, I'm hydrated, and see no reason why my electrolytes would be out of whack... so I'm a bit stumped.
I plan on lifting this pm, so it could be interesting to see how that goes.

Last nights workout did not happen... no matter what I tried I just ended up with painful cramping. Today isn't much better - I coached a gymnastics class this afternoon and that sucked, but this evening I pushed through some mobility work and I'm going to go try some light foam rolling and see if that helps.

I'm sure you've checked hydration levels, yes? How about calcium / magnesium? Do you take a cal/mag supplement? I hope it gets better!
Yeah, I take mineral and vitamin supp's, and I'm hydrated... I noticed this morning that my legs are absolutely covered in bruises

Clearly something is amiss in my diet/nutrition plan.
I managed a workout last night... worked up to back squats 125x5x5. Was relatively pleased with that since my bw weight has dropped down to 120'ish over the past 6 weeks (from around 130) and my strength is still slowly coming back up.

Weird about the bruising. There are times where I bruise more easily than at others and I've never been able to figure it out. Looking forward to seeing how things progress.

My Ca/Mg supp is in a base of 800mg fish oil, and I also take 2400mg of a 3/6/9 supp that is 800mg each of fish oil, flax oil, and borage oil.
