I got this out of Women's Health magazine. I might make some this weekend. All you need is a blender and some tupperware like this

Heart Strawberries and Cream

1/2 cup apple juice
400g vanilla yoghurt
1 banana
1 Tbsp honey
125g strawberries, chopped

whisk the apple juice with the yoghurt and divide the mix into two bowls. Add banana and honey to one half of the and strawberries to the other half. Blend all ingredients together. Pour into moulds and freeze overnight.

Heart Green Goddess

3 kiwi fruit, peeled
1/2 honeydew melon, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp honey
1 green apple, juiced

Combine all ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into moulds and freeze until set.

Heart Antioxidant Pops

1/4 pineapple, chopped
100g frozen raspberries
1/2 mango, peeled and chopped
1 passionfruit
1/2 cup papaya
3/4 cup apple or orange juice
1 Tbsp honey

Divide chopped fruit between the moulds. Combine the juice with the honey then pour over the top of the fruits. Freeze until set.

Heart Red Delicious

3/4 cup apple or grape juice
250g frozen raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and icy, like sorbet. Spoon into moulds and freeze until set.
Good old Tupperware moulds. My kids made some yesterday with banana and other fruit in them. Good stuff.
