Vacation was good, had a blast.

I'll be updating this log, soon. I hit a road block in the high-frequency shit, however, with my foot. The bone started letting me know it didn't like being loaded that heavy, daily. It's only been about five months since the fracture. I don't know what's next, I've been trying some different stuff this week and will update everything soon.

I liked your interview in the June Powerlifting USA magazine. Its good to read about somebody from this board. Keep it up Eric! I agree with you about the raw lifting, I think powerlifting has got to go that route instead of coming up with more powerful and more powerful suits. I really dont care what somebody can do in a triple ply bench shirt, Id much rather see what they could do raw. Good stuff and keep it up brother.halloween kids costumes
