Man I need to get a good-ass GHR for our place. The one we've got is made by Hammer Strength and it's better than nothing (which is to say, fuck the "natural GHR"), but it's damn painful and awkward to use cause it has two rollers in place of that half-moon pad like on teh EFS ones.

Yeah, it's like foam rolling your quads and doing a GHR all at once.

I ordered the Deluxe GHR from Elite. The only gym in my area that had one closed down about 5 years ago so I can't wait to get this place up and running - among other reasons.
Nobody likes the PowerBlocks for home gyms? Is it just a cost issue, or are there other reasons?
I've used them before and they're just goofy to me.
I could see them for most home gyms, but they just don't "feel" right to me.
Plus a pair of Olympic handles and plenty of 10's and you save a little bit.
They seem to be awfully large for the amount of weight they provide. at least htey go above 100lbs now.
my dream garage gym will include a pullover machine vinatge nautilus or medx and a 3d smith rack :-)
