I've been fooling around w/ it, how does this look?
http://impulsestrength.co.nz/testing/
Links etc. won't really work there, but in terms of layout, appearance, and such, is it loading ok?
looks like dogshit on IE6
plus on this slow assed connection, its running a little content heavy for quick loading. Probably better the second time through.
Much better. And it loads fine on Safari, not that you probably care, hahaha.
I noticed two things I'd change, though. One, you have "results" three times in your text. I'd change the last one to "People come to me to improve" or some other phrasing that doesn't include "results" for that third time. Two, I don't know if the video you have there is just a placeholder for now or not, but if you're going to keep it I'd take out that "roundbackrz unite" frame at the end.

I minimized the file sizes on all the images, but there's only so much that can do
Note to self: redirect all requests from IE6 to getfirefox.com

You can consult Jimmmmmaaaay on how to create a "Dear Friend" site, they are low bandwidth. Especially if you combine low resolution pictures of yourself pushing out your stomach.

Chrome, all the pluses of safari and none of the "hoggin' with the iTards" dirty feeling.
