So first time posting here, I've been screwing around for the past few years not getting anywhere and this year I've resolved to fix that and I figured a log was a good way to start.
Little bit about myself, I'm a 21 university student, 6'0 160lbs (and I'm a scorpio
). I've been going to a trainer whose a former strongman competitor, so I'm kinda interested in getting into that sometime down the road. Every Saturday theres events stuff at his house, went for the first time last week and thought it was awesome (and I didn't do to horribly).
Short term goals are:
2xbdw dead (I've pretty much got this, although it's with a trap bar)
1.5xbdw squat
1x push press
