I've thought about that, but if I don't actually go to a gym, 99% of the time I won't do the foam rolling. Weird, 'cause I almost never miss a workout, but it is what it is.
I've been doing that upper-body warmup of DeFranco's and holy crap does it make my shoulder feel better. That sleeper-stretch for the shoulder capsule was horrible on the right side at first.
I've been doing four out of the six that DeFranco recommends for a couple years now, and they definitely work. A couple of extra tips:

You don't need a band to do that pec stretch. Any convenient wall will work just as well. Just place your elbow/forearm/palm along the wall over your head and lean in. I also find that I can isolate the pec a little better if my elbow is bent, versus the way he does it with the arm extended (although his way you get some biceps stretch as well). And you don't need to set up the band.

The foam roller for the teres major area is a good idea, but I find that it's even more effective if you take it a little further and roll the tricep as well. In my case a lot of the tightness came from the lat/tricep tie-in, so rolling all the way down along the tricep provided some additional help.
Matt do you still have the links for the ankle mobility vids you had previously posted?

Thanks!
