Nice! So you are essentially just stabilizing the bar with your arms so it doesn't fall and you don't have any weight on your wrists?

Well, I'm just learning these, so I'm probably not the best person to ask, but no. There is little to no weight on my hands/fingers/wrists, it's all on my throat. Seriously...

Some retard was using my power rack, so I started on OHPs first. I was in a bad mood and really didn't want to be there, so I decided to try and be a bad ass and went for 3x3. Too bad it didn't exactly turn out that way. Glad I made it to the gym, I was close to skipping it today.
OHP
w/u stuffs
5 x 65 - too light
3 x 70
3 x 75
3 x 75
I'm turning out much stronger in these than I thought I'd be.
Cable Row
5 x 5 x 95
I find that if I close my eyes to concentrate, these hit the mid-back much better. Otherwise it seems to hit everythign but...
Front Squats
12 x bar
6 x 65
Hm, these do feel a bit different with weight. I had to move it around on my shoulders a bit before it was comfortable. I can get used to these.
Back Squats
3 x 3 x 135
The first walk-out felt MUCH heavier than it should have. Pushed through all sets ok.
Lying leg curls
3 x 10 x 50 (2/0/4 count)
Supersetted with
Calf raises
6x155,2 x 6 x 135

I was fiddling with those squats the other day too and did ok just with the bar but not so good with some weight on it. I was reading some of Lyle's feedback on it on BR and worked on keeping my elbows high and forward but I felt like an idiot, lol!
As for the cable rows, someone taught me a while back to try and squeeze my back (shoulder blades together) first and then pull. I had a tendancy to use my arms a bit much. Don't know if that helps, if not, nevermind
