Lots of stuff going on and I need to get my ass in gear!

Workouts have been good but I need to up my cardio for my City Chase in June so running will need to start being on the front burner like my weights which I'm kind of dreading and have been procrastinating Confused

Plans:
3-day weights rotating these 2 M 3x5/ W 3x10/ F 3x5

Workout A
Squat
bench press
chin up or lat-pulls

Workout B
deadlift
row
DB shoulder press

Cardio: T/Th/S rotating tempo and SS

Also need to lose a couple of inches on the thighs that I haven't seem to have lost and hopefully drop the last few pds I need.

I love the title! Running can actually be kind of fun. However, if you tell anyone I said that, I may deny it! Big Grin

Ahh I see you are kinda doing the same program I am at the moment..But I am doing more cardio than that.We will just say I do cardio most days..lol

Cardio pm 40 mins. ss (did I mention how much I hate the cardios Rolleyes )

Good JOb!! You know..I used to love cardio until everyone talked about how it wasn't necessary to do so much and blah blah blah and gradually convinced me to cut back and that I should do more higher intensity than ss...now I do it but I definitely do not enjoy it like I used to and doing more than 30 minutes at a time is really excrutiating for me.I almost wish I had never stopped running the 6-8 miles I used to do at least 5 days a week.
Me too Susan. I used to do a ton, now I am so out of shape. And I used to like it. I still like it I just don't have the stamina. Tongue
