..good quality carbs that will fill me up first thing in the morning...

easy to sweeten up ( like oatmeal)....
Cream of Wheat? Oat Bran? Plain Shredded Wheats?
I heard that Red River cereal is good but I've never tried it.
Bob's has some excellent choices.

Quinoa is my second choice for the morning. I use a diced apple and cinnamon in it and if you like it sweeter, a touch of honey.
I like the Quinoa as well.
Kashi Go Lean Crunch is my favorite.

9g fat
8g fiber

I mix it in a little greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or use pp .

That sounds good.
There's also a product here called Sunny Boy and it is made of different cereal grains like oatmeal but not. The only thing is that you have to cook it a long time to get it soft enough.
