Carbs never seem to be very filling for me. I prefer protein and peanut butter for that.
There are a lot of tasty high fiber cereals out right now though. I like to mix in a little cottage cheese, pour in some milk, and top with a little splenda or dextrose depending on my goals. I promise the cc adds a nice consistency and you won't taste it if you have a little sweetener on top.
Another option is to make a bunch of homemade pancakes and then throw them in the fridge or freezer. Then in the morning you just grab a few and microwave them. Sugar free syrup is about 20 cals for 1/4 cup (if you don't want the regular stuff).
