Nice plus was that I got an almost 50% discount on their fees because i am a certified trainer- that part is embarrassing
because I should have never gotten myself into this situation in the first place. Oh well.
Anyway, it was great to get the discount because they don't take insurance
and I need to pay some of it out of pocket before submitting for partial reimbursement.
Ooh, I had the needle electricution done in my hip and glutes. Weirdest feeling ever Tongue
Glad things went well and you are going to be working to resolve your issues..hopefully your recovery process will go quickly and smoothly.

Me, too.
For once and for all please end the pain!
Did my rehab exercises and stretches at the gym yesterday.

Doing scapular protraction with dumbbells and scapular depression with single
handle on lat pull machine. I especially feel the depressions.
Feels really good- def. getting stronger in this area.

As for the protraction with DB's, initially my right arm was very unstable and I really had to focus on keeping the arm in place. Seems that by the last set it was stabilizing much better.

Then doing stretches that I now hold for 1 min at a time:
1. pec stretch in doorway or corner
2. pec minor stretch with my shoulder against wall as I turn away
3. lats/rot cuff self traction
4. bicep stretch where I grasp side of doorway step forward while keeping shoulders forward (this one feels great of pec area)

All these are really making a difference. After this session yesterday the shoulder area felt looser and not as much pain.

Rehab every other day.
Stretches daily, atleast three times.

Tomorrow is Day 3 of therapy. Smile
Badger
Life just got more interesting.
For a week now I have had tenderness on the outside of my left elbow- this is the good arm/shoulder.
My doctor told me I have an inflamed tendon in the area, most likely from overuse because of the R shoulder. My forearm muscles are very tight. He did some ART on the area and gave me a stretching exercise to do as well as rolling that area on a tennis ball. In the meantime I am to wear an Aircast elbow brace. Just ordered online but it will be a few days before I get Confused. Maybe I'll pick up a generic one in the meantime.

Today's session was intense. I had PT beforehand. We worked on some muscles in the center of the back that I have not felt in a loooooong time. Only using BW but it was tough. According to PT I have a very weak anterior serratus. So dr put some needles and electric current in there and worked his ART magic as well. Definitely uncomfortable today.

I have to say I really love these guys- they are so dedicated to what they do, very thorough. Dr wants to see my last MRI and report to see for himself how the condition of my shoulder has changed since last year.

I have noticed that after last session the pain does not come as often and when it does, usually due to dealing with a feisty little girl or getting on the computer. Stretches are helping.

Today is supposed to be rehab- I will try to do it at home instead of gym.
