Today is rest day. Going to kids' museum...with YanaYes!.
Will try to eat better.

Made appt for next Wed with DH's orthopaedic dr.
Rest day yesterday and today again.

Three days in the row. Damn.....oh well.
Diet is fine although I did eat 800 of my cals yesterday at the last meal.

Think TOM is coming and I can feel the water holding on more so than yesterday.

Sleep was lacking and interrupted and I am tired today and simply and honestly cannot be bothered dragging my a-- to the gym.

Here are new and specific goals for next few months:

Big Grin Return to pre-Xmas 124 lbs by February (it's water as I've already said).

Evil Then do a 10 day stint of Lyle's PSMF to break the 120 lb mark and stay there.

Yes! Build up to 7-min per mile pace for 4-6 miles by end of April.

Bravo!
I hear you on the sleep deprivation Rolleyes

Good luck with the new goals!
Good luck!

I'll join the sleep deprived club.
Fist Shake TOM is here, back hurts, bloody headache but down on the scale - yay!Big Grin

Drank 3L yesterday.
Wanna get to 4L as I really found drinking a lot of water helped me lose
remainder of baby weight last year.

Sleep was fine last night though Haw Yupi .

Let's see if I can motivate myself to the gym today.
I have until 7pm to make up my mind Angel .

Fortunately I never had issues with my cycles and now I don't have to worry about them at all.Even better! Yay for being down on the scale.I make sure I get in at least 4L a day and I do find it helps with not holding water.
