My 5 year old is definitely kicking my ass. Though he has nothing on me on the songs with hip action. Yes!

After reading up on Wendler's 5/3/1 and his BB variation...I really want to try this as much as i love the 5x5 I cant do all the Macebell,ketttlebell,clubbell work outside that I love to do..and I dont have a nice indoor place to Jumprope so maybe I could try this and see where it gets me
this is what my workout will look like ..im not going to change anything and see how it goes and make adjustments accordingly

Ill be doing 3 workouts a week and the next workout will be done at the start of the next week



Workout A
1 Barbell Shoulder Press
Sets and reps according to 5/3/1
2 Barbell Upright Row
Sets: 4 Reps: 10 Rest: 60-90 sec.
3 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Sets: 4 Sets: 12 Rest: 60-90 sec.
4 Bentover Dumbbell Raise
Sets: 4 Reps: 15 Rest: 60-90 sec.
5 Dumbbell Curl
Sets: 4 Reps: 12 Rest: 60-90 sec.

Workout B
1 Deadlift
Sets and reps according to 5/3/1
2 Chinup
Sets: 4 Reps: 10 Rest: 60-90 sec.
3 Dumbbell Row
Sets: 4 Reps: 15 Rest: 60-90 sec.
4 Back Extension
Sets: 4 Reps: 25 Rest: 60-90 sec.
5 Ab Wheel Rollout

Kinda sucked that I was so burned out and tired that i could only curl the 20's for that many reps
