ok really bad couple of weeks of lifting

Last week i had to move my Deadlift to thurs

last set i was going for reps with 375 and something popped in my right glute and its still sore today even after my deload week

Bench day was last week friday and i was dealing with a sinus infection plus i spent most of the day bent over staining

only got 1 rep with 310 was going for more


last Saturday i broke one toe on my left foot and bruised the others couldnt even walk out 135 for squats a week later and im still swollen but i think after todays deload ill be good by next week..hopefully


So ill have to take a step back for this month and re assess my totals Last month wasnt going to be my month ill post those new totals tomorrow
ok reassessed my totals and even though its a step back it will bring me greater strength in the future

Ok was going to lift last night but wasnt feeling well and my hands hurt like a bitch from peeling wallpaper
so i moved it tonight


Tonights deadlift night

about the 6th rep my glute started getting sore but i was able to block it out and go for 3 more reps

was suposed to do goodmornings but the bar was killing my glute

so i went to hypers instead
5x15 hurt at first but the nice stretch loosened me up

Hanging leg raises
only could manage 3 sets of 10 and it was very hard touching my shins to the pullup bar with enough control to not bash the shit out of them

Tomorrow is bench night cant fucking wait
