Notes: 30 min on the treadmill today as it is so windy outside. I did a run 6.5 for 10min, walk 1 min, run 6.7 for 10 min, walk 1 min. Then I was feeling the wine I drank last night so I ran another 3min 6.5, then walked the last 5. I still got in my 5km but would have been very fast had I not slowed down.
