Full Version: 'Healthy' Pizza thread

PnW's Eggwhite Pizza

200g egg whites (about 5-6 egg whites)
100g cooked chicken sliced or shredded
Tomato Paste/BBQ Sauce - whatever sauce you like
50g Light/non fat mozzarella cheese
Onion (I used 30g)
Herbs (I used Mixed dried herbs)
Whatever vegetables you like (I added mushrooms and avocado)

Cook eggwhites in a non-stick pan/skillet to make the "base". Smooth on sauce and add toppings like you would a normal pizza. Cook in oven at approx 150 degrees C for 10 mins or until cheese is melted.

Eggplant mini-pizzas

Slice large eggplant in to 1 inch rounds, season with salt and pepper and bake on cookie sheet until just tender but not mushy.
Top each slice with some mozzarella cheese and veggies/protein of choice.
Voila mini pizza. Big Grin

You clearly missed this post. The glory of pizza can be had on low carb days. Big Grin
Sorry, Cauliflower and pizza go together like Kim Jong-il and a large collection of friends spending time celebrating a successful rocket launch.

Well dear, I like the pizza and its creamy stuff and it is full of pepper and green vegetables.
Thanks for recipe of pizzas and want to know more method to built it more beautifully with extra ingredients. I am waiting for a new recipe for Pizza's. Also send me some snaps of pizza.
