New gym. Getting back to myself (lifting wise)after surgery in March. Started taekwondo with the hubby and kids. Trying to find a new job. Been working nights for over 5 years and I'm not bouncing back the way I used to. Looking for a day job that has a little less adrenaline than my current position has.

Looking to simplify my life a little. Making lots of changes.

Remember, my lifts are not what they were before surgery and I'm a little embarrassed by them now.Blush But I'm on my way!
Sunday-July 26th
All w/u, then 3 X 5.

Front squats-115- felt fine, can go up next time

CDL-135-fine, go up next time

push press-65,65,75-fine, but 75 was to failure.Dodgy

some gunz
hammer curls/DB overhead press 2 X 12

20 minutes tempo jog/walk



Goal over the next 5 weeks is to shed some fatty parts. Going to the beach. Diet will be 12xBW on training days. 10X BW off/TKD only days. Thoughts? TKD is loads of push-ups, punches, kicks, sit ups, jumping jacks, cardio type stuff. (I think anyway)
Full body training 2-3 X's/week, TKD 3-4X's. (45 minutes/session)

I guess weight/measurements/pics by Tuesday.

Yes. So far the gym owns. It even has a bodybuilder bro that works there and he wears skin tight 1980's jeans, T-shirts 4 sizes too small and has dyed feathered hair. Haw

Pics will be taken in the morning- I worked the last 2 nights and logging on the computer was enough exertion for me today.

Was going to TKD tonight, but had a minor emergency and the kitchen/laundry room is now flooded. Fist Shake Richie is buying a shop vac as we speak.


Tomorrow lifting in am, TKD in evening. Pool in the interim.

Might do a mini refeed tonight. Need to pull out my "Guide to Flexible Dieting" Can't remember if refeed needs to be on a training day or not. If not, Imma do it. I feel like I need it.


On call for work tonight. 2nd time in 2 weeks. Need to dust off my resume and get ON it.
