Had planned on a mini reefed ~ 200 carbs. Could not stop myself. And I could have easily doubled that number. Part of the problem was that I started early. Normally I lift around 4-5pm and refeed till bed. Tuesday I lifted at 9am.
So anyway it is over and I'm moving on. Had the regular foods and then even had two muffins that I did not count in my totals.

Okay I am back with a vengeance.
Vacation was fabulous. Ate and drank 10,000 cals a day.
Came home and dieted for a week. Then resumed eating 10,000 cals/day for the last week. This HAS to stop.
So, I will be logging all of my diet/training again. I will not weigh myself until next weekend.
I am celebrating my last night of debauchery with a extra large margarita topped off with almond tequila while I clean the house.
