I've got a few vids around, but honestly I don't consider my own quirks to be "textbook" so I don't tend to use them as demos.

However, I may link in some vids from others with permission.

Manny (GqArtGuy) has recently put up a good series on the Olympic lifts that I'll link up soon.

And I do need to get around to taking some decent vids, but in the mean time I suppose I could link up some of the YouTubes I've already got up.
