Update. I did not turn into a bowl of jelly. Felt like it.

Started dieting at 1 month post op with PS permission. PS gave me clearance at 3 months post op to do whatever I wanted in the gym. Said "If it feels like something is pulling or tearing, it is. STOP" Idea

So, weight post-op was 130 for a few weeks. Dieting and light pansy throwing around some DB's and I am now sitting right at 120. Now at the 4 months post op and ready to really get my lean on.

Just getting back into the swing of things and I feel so much better.

That's great... I would imagine that at 120 you aren't too far away from being fairly lean. Smile

My brother is fat and asking some tips and suggestion. It's a good thing to know that there is a thread like this which can really help him. He is being ridiculed of obese.
Brah,

you are from the Philippines, how is your brother fat eating puto and cuchinta
In a process of healthy diet it could be hard to get more pleasant what to do and when to eat. A proper diet could be important so that your nutrition might be work properly. The ability to train our body for the nutrition was a biggest advantage for having a good lifestyle.
JayC dude,

One guy complaining about being fat in the Philippines and the other talking about nutrition being the biggest advantage. Both from Quezon City and using Globe Telecommunications.
